Eileen, I changed the board style on your settings to subSilver. The reason for this is because Vista, which was what it was set on, creates some delays in loading and sending.

From what I have been working on with the Host admins, it seems that there are some resynching of the servers that are used which are most likely causing the errors you are getting.

I have posted in the "Having some site trouble?" a write up on how these servers work, if you are interested. Its written in a layman's way to make it easier to understand.

Al, I reset your board style to subSilver as well for the same reasons.

Let's give this a try to see if it makes a difference with the site.

Another thing I recommend is that instead of looking to see your message right away, go to the upper section once you posted and click on the Yankee Fans Unite Forum Index.

Back to Eileen. With the different Board Style you should be able to see the different headings along the top a little easier. In the second line you will see "profile", "You have (#) new messages" and "Log out". To get your Private Messages put your cursor over the middle one and click. It should bring up your In Box.

Hope that helps answer some of the problems that have been happening.

Haha Yeah, all of the sudden we're getting bombarded here on a daily basis with it.

Oh well, that's what the "Delete" button is for.

Now you see why I require registration for all the other areas here. The spam bots are terrible.
