Hey fellow Yankee fans.

The default board style for the thread is being changed to subSilver. The reason for this change is because of the borders and gradient coloring of Vista, it slows things down quite a bit. Posts are slower to go through, it creates a lag when you scroll. I like the look of Vista, but I find it just isn't worth the delays and lags for my system anyway.

We have a couple of different board styles loaded, you can access these under your profile. as you scroll down to near the bottom of your profile screen there will be a line for Board Styles. There is a drop box that gives you some different styles you can have. Fantastic, subSilver, Sith, Vista to name a few. Vista is quite slow, Fantastic is about the same speed as subSilver, but it is a dark background, just so you know. Sith isn't quite as quick as subSilver or Fantastic, but its faster than Vista.

Sith has a dark background as well.

The Board Style is up to you, but being set as default, it will give new people who join subSilver unless they change it. It will also display subSilver when coming in as a guest.

I will probably add a few more choices for Board Styles so you can set it to the style you like best. I like giving you choices.

The "hot hitter" avatar is somewhat temporary. I want to have one where he is swinging his bat, but need to have the right size. Time being limited makes it a little tough to find all I need to.
